Pacing

Our Pacing tool is designed to help improve communication and collaboration with others by providing individualized tips on ‘pacing’ a particular individual. Use this tool to self-assess and apply your TMS knowledge to better Link with colleagues and reduce potential conflict.

The Pacing tool is available with each Team Management Profile subscription and can be used multiple times during the 2 year subscription period.
